New to Prime Day? We have a primer on everything you need to know . Sales are accurate at the time of publication, but prices and inventory are always subject to change.
I used to drink a lot of soda, but a few years ago, I replaced Diet Coke with sparkling water, and I’ve never looked back.
Initially I bought a SodaStream as a way to save money, but I quickly realized that freshly carbonated, sharply bubbly water is superior in every way to store-bought sparkling water that’s been sitting around in a bottle for who knows how long. Club soda is healthy and hydrating, and making your own seltzer means you’re not creating plastic waste—and you can craft bespoke carbonated concoctions like a damn alchemist. Club soda/seltzer/sparkling water is the world’s best beverage.
All this to say that this SodaStream Terra Sparkling Water Maker Bundle is on sale for Prime Day for $79.99, nearly half-off the list price of $149.99. (Okay, it takes a little time for the savings to start.) It even comes with Bubly Drops Flavors to get you started on the concoction-creation. Pro-tip: Bubly is fine because it’s not sweetened, but don’t try to be slick and get flavor syrups based on name brand sodas like Coke and Pepsi; they’re really gross.
