A heart rate monitor you can trust for just a little over $25
Okay, yes, I cheated a bit. This one is $27, but trust me when I say those extra $2 will be well spent. The CooSpo chest strap is a specialist. It has one job, which is to measure your heart rate, and it does it so well, Lifehacker’s Senior Health Editor Beth Skwarecki uses it to get a baseline when she tests other fitness gadgets. If monitoring your heart is a priority, don’t sleep on this chest strap.
